The majority of the time, he was criticized in school and, being an avid Spider-Man follower, he saw himself as Spider-Man's alter ego, Peter Parker. His formal education consisted of Priory Preparatory School and City of London Freemen's School. Additionally, he attended the Central School of Speech and Drama as well as the University of London. After realizing that he was no longer interested in pursuing business, he became more involved in acting. In 2005, he started his career as a professional actor, and was featured in "Sugar Rush," an British show. He played his first leading role two years later on "Boy A" as a troubled child looking to get back on track after being in jail for a while. In addition to "The Social Network" was his main part in the movie "The The Amazing Spider-Man". Additionally, he was selected in the year 2016 as the lead actor in the classic film "Silence". The actor has been awarded numerous prizes including his BAFTA Award for Best Actor, Tony Award and A.A.C.T.A. Award for "Best Actor in a Drama' following his appearance in "Hacksaw Ridge." Along with the awards he received, he also won countless Oscar nominations and had the chance to work with actors such as Sam Worthington, Campbell Scott as well as the first Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire.
